Before your 1st session, you will be asked to answer some questionnaire so that I have a better idea of your hormonal health needs and goals.
Your 1st session is mainly for me to just listen to you so that we could come up with a personalize treatment plan using a holistic approach to help you get relief from your symptoms. This is a 1 hour session dedicated to know about you and your hormonal health.
I will be requesting you to do some diagnostic tests to assess your hormonal levels . The results will help us formulate an effective treatment plan. I will also be sending you assignments via email after this session and we will work together during your follow-up appointments to help you reach your goals.
We will have regular follow up sessions every 2-4 weeks to help you stay on track and as you continue to make progress, I will be adding more treatment plans to help you reach your goals while smoothly transitioning through various phases of your hormonal health.
These sessions typically last 30 mins. You will be given assignments and support to help you reach your goal!
Once you have made lifestyle changes and are consistently following your treatment plan, I will introduce you to some detoxification and cleansing protocols to help you reach your goal of healthy mind and body.
These sessions typically last for 30 min and we will have a couple of follow up sessions after this to ensure that the protocols are working for you and your lifestyle.
This 30 min session will be your last session where I will provide you with some useful tools to help you stay on track in order to maintain healthy body and mind.
You're welcome to request more follow-up sessions periodically to help you get through your different hormonal phases in your life.
